In The Hospital Right Now.

I'm blogging on a Sunday night from neither our Frisco nor Makati homes. Nope, we're not in the beach or in some vacation rentals of that sort, but here we are spending our weekend in the hospital. We had Asher checked by his Pedia yesterday for his stubborn cough and we weren't allowed to go home at that instant and was advised to have him admitted so he can be given a more aggressive treatment for his asthma. Yes, sadly, his recurred cough which later diagnosed as bronchitis developed into asthma..much to my fear. I concurred since I was worrying also of Asher not wanting to drink his milk since Friday and fearing that his on-off fever and having watery stools last Thursday might return.

According to his Pedia this morning, he has started responding to the meds given last night and is doing well. Hope he's on his way to full recovery so we can go home already. Thank God for health insurance, at least that's one heavy baggage off our minds. Thanks to the hospital's wi-fi services, I can still stay connected online while the little one is resting.
