BSP Puts Up a "Milk Bank"

Kudos to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) for supporting breastfeeding in the workplace by putting up a "Milk Bank" for its lactating employees. No, it's not a facility that offers loans, provide rv finance help or one that pay interest on deposits. The construction of a lactation room or milk bank was recently approved by their Board wherein nursing mothers can express breast milk during office breaks comfortably. It will be equipped with a refrigerator where they can “deposit” and “withdraw” at the end of the working day for consumption of their babies when they get home. I'm sure breastfeeding employees are more than grateful for this undertaking and hopefully, more companies will also recognize further the value of breastfeeding and to help mothers give only what is best to their babies.
