Toy Guns: Not Actually Bad.

I've just stumbled upon a very nice article on the web about whether or not toy guns are bad for the kids. Judging the points presented, I was quite convinced that it's a matter of perspective. Mostly when kids play toy guns, they pretend roles of good guys catching the bad guys. One good way to take on this issue is to explain to the kids that the desire to protect others is a wonderful thing. Taking the roles of the police officers and military men as good examples, we should explain to them that they put their lives at risk protecting the community thereby, making them heroes. It is in this perspective we can say that it is okay for a little boy to play these roles wherein he uses his toy guns like airsoft guns and imaginatively play. The strongest emphasis though is that fighting with others is not okay.

Speaking of airsoft guns, ZephyrAirsoft.com has a wide variety of all airsoft product line ranging from spring pistols to high end AEG’s, rechargeable batteries, safety glasses, battery chargers and biodegradable bb’s. You might want to check them out on your next Airsoft equipment purchase.
